Eating Well Magazine reports there are five foods you should be eating that are good for both inside and outside your body. According to the magazine's associate editor of nutrition, we should eat the following foods:
Green beans, which are high in fiber, can fill you up and help prevent weight gain.
Salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids and can boost your skin's defenses against harmful UV rays as well as help to decrease the prevalence of certain kinds of cancer.
Blueberries can help increase good cholesterol and decrease blood pressure.
Watermelon has vitamin C and antioxidants that may help fight heart disease and certain kinds of cancer.
And, tomatoes may help with smoother skin.
